Director's Bios

Mr Evan Gallagher
Director of Investor Relations,
Allco (Singapore) Limited

Mr Gallagher is the Director of Investor Relations for Allco (Singapore) Limited ("ASL") and a non executive director of Allco Funds Management (Singapore) Limited ("AFMSL"). Both ASL and AFMSL are subsidiaries of the Allco Finance Group Limited ("AFGL"), an Australian publicly listed company (ASX) with a market cap of circa SGD$4billion. Prior to joining ASL, he was a national manager for Alleasing Finance Australia Limited, an Australian subsidiary of AFGL. Mr Gallagher has over nine years experience in the structured finance industry as well as playing an integral role in the IPO of Allco Commercial Real Estate Trust ("Allco REIT"), which is listed on the SGX main board. He has undergraduate and post graduate qualifications from Macquarie University and Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Mr Ji Hai Sheng

Mr Ji is the President of COSCO Holdings (S) Pte Ltd and COSCO Corporation (S) Ltd. In April 2006, he was promoted to Vice Chairman & President of COSCO Corporation (S) Ltd. After graduating from the Sichuan Institute of Foreign Languages, Mr Ji Hai Sheng first worked with China Ocean Shipping Company, specializing in Container Operation and Management. He then became its company representative to the US where he trained at the Maritime College of New York University. Upon graduation, he was posted to COSCO Beijing as Director of Sino-European (Container Service) and Deputy General Manager (Freight Service Department). In 1992, Mr Ji became the Managing Director of COSCO-HIT Terminals (Hong Kong) Ltd and Assistant President of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Company and subsequently, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO Container Lines in Beijing. In 1998, he was promoted to Managing Director of the Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters of COSCO Container Lines.

Mr Lim Leong Kiat
PBM Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President,
Lereno Bio-Chem Ltd

Mr Lim Leong Kiat joined Lereno Bio-Chem Ltd as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President on 15 August 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) degree from the Nanyang University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Backed by more than 27 years of audit and commercial experience, Mr Lim has held senior positions in Singapore Press Holdings Group, Cathay Organisation Group, SHC Capital Limited and other companies previously. He is also active in community service and was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) Award by the President of Singapore in 2002.

Ms Judy Han
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications,
Sembcorp Marine Ltd

Ms Han is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications in SembCorp Marine Ltd, a leading marine and offshore engineering group listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. She has more than 15 years experience in finance and administration, human resources, investor relations and public relations. Before joining SembCorp Marine, she was working as a research analyst in Hong Kong. Ms Han holds an Honours degree in Social Sciences (Economics) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Seck Wai Kwong Senior
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Singapore Exchange Limited

Mr Seck joined SGX on 2 June 2003. He is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Clearing & Commodities Businesses. Mr Seck also oversees Legal and Compliance at SGX. As CFO, his portfolio includes finance and treasury, capital and enterprise risk management, and investor relations. In his role as Head of Clearing & Commodities Businesses, he leads such projects as JADE (Joint Asian Derivatives Exchange), the commodity exchange joint venture with Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Asiaclear, the over-the-counter clearing facility for oil swaps and forward freight agreements. He is currently on the boards of the Energy Market Authority, the Financial Sector Development Fund, and the Institute of Banking and Finance. Mr Seck holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, and a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) from Monash University, Australia.

Mr Andrew Heinrichs
Investor Relations Manager
Surface Mount Technology (Holdings) Limited

Mr Heinrichs is the Investor Relations Manager of Surface Mount Technology (Holdings) Limited [SMT] and is responsible for developing its shareholder and investment community standing in Asia. His role is to stimulate and execute investor related activities and he is involved in working with buy and sell-side analysts, investment bankers and venture capitalists to originate investment opportunities. Mr Heinrichs is also involved in building for SMT a portfolio of investment channels utilizing public company and private equity network of executive directors, throughout China and Asia, culminating in multiple offers for debt and equity participation and multi-lateral development bank guarantee offers to expand SMT’s sustainable development funding portfolio. Prior to joining SMT, he spent four years in Shanghai developing a technology-transfer project between China and Canada.

Mr Francis Heng
Group Chief Financial Officer
Singapore Telecommunications Ltd

Mr Heng, 47, joined SingTel in March 2007 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for SingTel’s financial and corporate affairs functions, including corporate finance, tax, treasury, investor relations and corporate communications. Mr Heng has strong hands-on corporate and financial experience in various conglomerates. Before joining SingTel, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Technologies Engineering. He has previously worked for various leading international business conglomerates, banking and financial institutions locally and in New York, London, Switzerland and Hong Kong. Mr Heng graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. He is married with two children.
