By submitting this application, I agree, if admitted to membership, to observe all the rules and regulations of the Investor Relations Professionals Association (Singapore) (“IRPAS”), as at present and as they may be amended from time to time by IRPAS, including the key terms and conditions as stipulated at the end of this Membership Application Form. I am aware that by my admission to membership, a valid and binding contract arises between me and IRPAS, in which terms are contained in the Memorandum & Articles of Association, Members’ Rules and such other regulations as may be issued by IRPAS from time to time.
