We are looking for a team member who will be involved in the aspects of financial reporting, issues management, research and events co-ordination.

Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

1.    Investor Communications and Marketing

   a) Quarterly financial results
   - Research and develop key messages and slides for quarterly financial results
   - Plan and manage logistics leading up to event
   - Benchmark SingTel results performance to comparable telcos

   b) Analysts & Investors
   - Manage investor and analyst communications within bounds of specified guidance and market disclosure policy
   - Manage communication program to retail investors (e.g. AGM, day-to-day queries)
   - Compile analysts’ consensus exercise and where necessary provide feedback to analysts
   - Track and review analyst reports and where necessary provide guidance on underlying assumptions

   c)  1-on-1 meetings, conferences and roadshows
   - Plan, execute, and create content for senior management to brief investors
   - Support senior management and Investor Relations Directors during 1-on-1 investor meetings

   d) Investor targeting & surveillance
   - Co-ordinate and analyse share register searches for notable movements in and out of the stock
   - Segmentation of investor base for more effective marketing efforts

   e)  Annual report
   - Review and enhance annual report contents to ensure best practice disclosures
   - Assist in annual report production & distribution

2.  Internal communications
 - Communicate investor feedback/views on the stock to management
 - Communicate industry/competitor developments to management & board members
 - Manage internal distribution of research reports to management & businesses

3.  Other Investor Relations responsibilities
 - Support IR Directors and team in executing Investor Relations strategies
 - Manage vendor relationships
 - Manage and enhance Investor Relations web pages
 - Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s core documents, procedures and  policies to promote ‘best practice’ investor relations

Requirements

1.    Degree in any discipline
2.    At least 2 years of working experience in a communications, financial analysis or research role
3.    Good oral and written communication skills
4.    Possess excellent working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
5.    Knowledge in accounting and exposure to equity capital markets will be an advantage

K-REIT Asia

K-REIT Asia is a real estate investment trust constituted by the Trust Deed entered into on 28 November 2005 between K-REIT Asia Management Limited as manager of K-REIT Asia and RBC Dexia Trust Services Singapore Limited as trustee of K-REIT Asia. K-REIT Asia was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited by way of an Introduction on 28 April 2006. K-REIT Asia’s objective is to generate stable returns to Unitholders by owning and investing in a portfolio of quality income-producing commercial real estate and real estate-related assets. To achieve this, the Manager plans to further expand the portfolio by selective acquisitions of quality real estate, raise occupancy and/or rental rates by active asset management of its portfolio and by employing debt and equity financing strategies that are appropriate for the K-REIT Asia portfolio.

Investor Relations and Research Executive

The successful individual will work as part of a team to manage the investor relations and research functions of the REIT and expected to:

  • Craft corporate messages to be delivered in a consistent and accurate manner
  • Communicate key messages to investors and analysts, and manage their expectations with regards to the REIT’s financial performance as well as address queries
  • Maintain the REIT’s corporate website
  • Analyse the REIT’s financial performance, and research emerging market trends and the S-REIT sector to benchmark the performance of the REIT
  • Organise internal as well as external meetings and events that enable the management to interact with investors and analysts, as well as within the group.
  • Obtain and analyse investors’ views to provide feedback to senior management and the Board of Directors


Requirements
•    A recognised Bachelor’s Degree
•    Good communication skills - fluent in written and spoken English
•    Knowledge of financial statements
•    Mature and able to present confidently when interacting with external parties
•    Resourceful and able to conduct independent research and analysis
•    A background in Real Estate or REIT management will be an advantage

Key Accountabilities
You will define and manage investors’ perception of the Company, and develop an effective communication strategy that will optimize the Company’s value and increase its visibility in the global investment marketplace. You will also glean and pass on value-added feedback from external parties to the Company’s management.

*Craft and advise key management on key messages that should be communicated with the global investment community (comprising both analysts and investors)
* Identify and target the right investors, maintain investors’ interest in the Company’s stock and enhance the Company’s ability to broaden the reach of investors that do not currently have the Company on its radar screen
* Host meetings to communicate the key messages to investors, manage investors expectations with regards to the Company’s financial performance as well as address investors concerns to minimize surprises and develop a high level of credibility
* Develop and improve on rapport between the global investment community and the Company’s management
* Obtain and analyze investors’ views to provide feedback to Company’s management and Board of Directors
* Assist the GCFO in preparing and analyzing the Company’s financial performance to present to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee
* Website development and maintenance

Job Requirements
* A recognized Bachelor’s Degree, an MBA would be an added advantage
* A sound understanding of financial statements, equity markets and drivers
* Confident character to be able to challenge managements’ views
* Strong communication skills
* Maturity and confident outlook to represent NOL while interacting with external parties (e.g. analysts and investors)
* Alert to changing investor sentiment in a dynamic market place
* Ability to develop effective communication strategies for positive market response under varying circumstances
* Resourceful and posses the ability to capitalize on relevant corporate and industry information to boost investors interest
